Meteorologists are highly educated and very well paid guessers at best. There was no 6-12 inches of snow when I awoke this morning like they had promised. Then, as if to rub it in my face, not even so much as an apology from them on today's news.
If I told my boss the project will be done by this Wednesday and then on Wednesday I came to him and said, "Hey boss, make that some Wednesday in June" I'd be fired.

they make it sound awfully dramatic too... "well folks, we dodged a bullet this time." no we didn't. you're just a dumbass and there was no bullet. go buffs!!
