spring songs

Each year I develop an attachment, or I might even venture so far as to call it a "crush", on a particular artist/album/or few songs. Last year at this time it was the new Saves The Day album with which I abused my ears thoroughly. This year it seems to be The Postal Service. You've heard them in the latest UPS commercials and if you're unfamiliar with the commercials you'd recognize Ben Gibbard's voice from Death Cab For Cutie.

Anyway, they've currently got me dancing at the bus stops and dreaming of the first summer I'm going to spend with my new wife. Check them out if they sound interesting: The Postal Service @ myspace

I agree. I've been having a love affair with them for quite sometime. But trust me on this one, don't overlisten to them because you will literally go crazy. Learned it first hand. Not good.
