I think my wife told me I need to stop being so gross. She put it in terms of romance. Saying this is romantic and that is not romantic and when you do that it doesn't make me want to do anything romantic... "Why don't you treat me like when we first met?"
Well baby, I will make a strong effort to be more "romantic" and treat you in the same manner as when we first met but it is only going to work if you do the same.
I must warn you however that this is only going to last until we have a little boy. Somewhere around the age of 5 farting becomes the funniest thing in the whole world and it remains so until your wife complains.

maybe you can do our son's wife a favor and teach him that farting is funny SOMETIMES but it is NEVER romantic.
and if you want you could start practicing that now.
