A while ago I joined Flickr and thought that it might be a short lived relationship. I was very wrong as my fascination with flickr has flourished into full blown infatuation.
With my new and improved Flickr Pro Account I have entered a new world of possibilities. It has challenged me to become a better photographer and artist. Recognizing that I still have a long way to go I have accepted the 365 day challenge, i hope that this encourages, or forces, me to take more photos. Project 365 challenges participants to take a self portrait every day for an entire year.
Below is Day 1, it is not my best work but it proves that self portraits are challenging and I have a lot to learn. So here goes nothing...

day 1

Dan,
with a free account there is a monthly upload limit, a max of 200 total photos and you're only able to make 2 or 3 sets.
with the pro account you get:
unlimited upload, unlimited sets and collections, and unlimited unadulterated orgasms...um...i mean, fun. its fun. not orgasmic. just fun.

Dave,
glad you like the photo. i have no idea what made Oni look at the camera at the right moment, it definitely made the shot. otherwise i would have trashed it. its too dark, noisy, not very well composed...i could go on.
thanks for the compliment though.

Where is the link to watch all your progress so we can check every couple days and see all the new ones?
