Mediterranean Pasta Salad

below is the "recipe" for the pasta salad. its kind of just a collection of things i liked from various recipes i found, i still added olives even though i hate them.

The Goodies (and olives):
roasted red peppers, chopped - i used about half of a 12oz jar
black olives, sliced - i used a very teeny tiny amount because i hate olives
garlic, minced - i used 3 yummy cloves of garlic because i love garlic other recipes called for less.
some crumbled feta cheese - recipes called for 1/4c but i think i used more, the one i used was a basil-tomato flavor.
some cherry tomatoes, quartered

The Sauce:
olive oil - 1-2 Tablespoons
balsamic vinegar - about a 1/4c
lemon juice - 1-2 teaspoons

directions:
cook pasta (recipes called for 6 oz i think i may have used more), cool pasta, fold in the sauce, fold in the other goodies (and olives). Serve, eat, and say "yum" alot.

Clearly, i am not a professional recipe writer.

LOL! Well you should be a professional recipe writer. Or write a cookbook....called The Goodies (and olives)...you can fill it with recipes that you could add olives too but ...eww why would you?

haha! totally. maybe you and i can colaborate.
