the Nonsense in Between

In 2009 I resolve to not repeat the same mistakes I made in 2008.
So here's to a year of brand new mistakes!

Every once in a while I get the urge to bust-a-move but most of the time someone else is around to respond with a giggle, or a "what are you doing?", or even a "baby, you dance to the beat of your own drum". Well, tonight, I was left to my own devices and the beat of my very own drum (and a little help from Pandora Radio) so I danced myself sweaty.

The week's stresses found themselves dripping out of my pores and every cell in my body came alive with the memory of my childhood spirit. Worries, responsibilities, and the weight of the world dissipated with every beat of my odd little drum.
